today i am grateful for….

for feeling better, for seeing clearly, for water, for a decent work ethic, for this article, for giraffes!, for homemade pizza for lunch, for a glass of wine later if i remember, for writing, oh so very much for writing, for easter chocolate, for exercise class with my friends, for a great working day, for no easter chocolate tomorrow i promise!, for mindless TV dramas, for TiVo, for all the bills paid, for letting people be, for how much a kid loves a field trip, for eating together as a family, for taking a break when a break is warranted, for knowing when enough is enough, for a box of hair clips, for a closet of freshly laundered towels, for my son wearing his dad’s baseball cap, for the kids sitting here doing their home reading, for decision, for when kids promise to be good while totally not being good at all, for sundays….
