Alright, honestly, raise your hand if you have had enough with all of the lose your belly fat ads all over the internet.

It seems like every second website is littered with ads promising a flatter midsection. If you’ve ever clicked on one of those tummy toning ads you know that the super secret to abdominal success is not usually forthcoming. First they need your money and then you get the abs.

Lookit, this is it right here. Free and without cost, this is how you lose belly fat – once and for all.

1. Water. A lot of your big belly issues come from a build up of gunk and goo along your intestinal wall. There are all sorts of products you can buy to cleanse your colon. Some are more harsh than others. If you use one I recommend not using a harsh one. It’s not necessary. But you know what? Drink water. A lot of water. Every day for a long time. Like, say, I don’t know, forever. It’ll do wonders on the colon toxin gunk and goo build up front. Honest. And besides, it’ll give you tons of energy and make your brain work better. Bonus and Bonus!

2. Chill. Belly fat is directly related to stress hormones. Have you ever known people who work out and work out and yet their bellies never look much better? STRESS HORMONE. So the first thing I recommend if you want to lose belly fat is yoga/meditation/calming the hell down. Some people think oh well yeah, sure, I like to relax – with a glass of wine, over a fat filled dinner with friends. That’s not the chill I mean. I mean centered, proper breathing and purpose driven relaxation exercising which have an actual effect on your release of stress hormone.

3. Eat less/eat less junk. I am not a fan of the idea that you have to GIVE UP FOOD in order to be thin. I eat. I am a size two. But listen, I don’t eat 9 pieces of pizza – I eat 2, max. Usually I have more salad than I do pizza. And whatever I eat, I eat less than people who weigh fifty pounds more than I do. Thems the facts. Eat what you want, eat less of it, try to eat more healthy things.

4. Exercise. Oh, you were so hoping I wouldn’t say that. Sorry. It’s true. BUT (and this is a big but which should have been obvious whatwith the ALL CAPS) – BUT if you do only recommendations 1 through 3 you will still notice abdominal improvements. What you won’t get is muscle tone. That takes exercise. But if you’re not worried about tone and just want to be a little flatter, a little less bloaty, pudgy and thick? One through three will give you noticeable improvements.
